Koh Yai Subdistrict Administrative Organization’s No Gift Policy Commitment:Integritous and Transparent Ministry of Interior 2026” and “Refrain from Accepting or Offering Any Gifts of Any Kind Related to Official Duties

(No Gift Policy)

                   Koh Yai Subdistrict Administrative Organization hereby declares its commitment to the “No Gift Policy” and pledges to refrain from accepting or offering any gifts or benefits of any kind related to official duties, whether before, during, or after the performance of duties.

This policy applies to all personnel of the Koh Yai Subdistrict Administrative Organization and reflects a firm commitment to upholding the nation’s core institutions: the Nation, Religion, Monarchy, and the Constitutional Monarchy system. All personnel are expected to uphold morality, demonstrate ethical conduct, promote righteousness, and prioritize public interest over personal gain. Duties shall be performed with diligence, efficiency, and prompt responsiveness to emerging situations, while providing public services with politeness and humility. This commitment aims to ensure that officials serve as positive role models for society and strictly adhere to the principles of good governance, including transparency, integrity, and accountability. Accordingly, all officials and personnel of the Koh Yai Subdistrict Administrative Organization are required to strictly comply with the following measures:

  1. The acceptance or offering of bribes, gifts, or any form of benefit related to official duties is strictly prohibited.
  2. Family members or close associates are not permitted to accept or offer bribes, gifts, or any form of benefit on behalf of officials in connection with official duties.
  3. All duties shall be performed solely for the benefit of the public, avoiding conflicts of interest or actions for personal gain, while preserving the credibility and reputation of the organization.
  4. The acceptance or offering of gifts or benefits, if unavoidable, shall be minimized and strictly regulated in accordance with the criteria prescribed by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission.
  5. A zero-tolerance policy toward bribery is strictly enforced, including the giving or receiving of bribes, gifts, or benefits related to official duties that may result in corruption or misconduct within the organization.

 

This announcement shall take effect and be applied to all concerned.
